Hi there, my name is Abbey!  I earned my art degree in 2015, but my journey as an artist has continued to evolve in the most meaningful ways since becoming a mother.  These days, you’ll often find me painting during naptime or in the quiet hours while my kids are at school—living out my  dream of both being present at home and continuing to grow as an artist.

I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Denver, where my love for nature first took root.  I love using inspiration from where I grew up, as well as where I have traveled to paint landscapes—infusing them with unexpected color and personality.  Rather than painting whats “accurate,” I create what feels joyful, vibrant and alive.
