Inspired by our most recent trip to Tucson, Arizona, The Wash is a landscape I sketched on our flight home. These areas throughout the desert are where water will pass through during rainfall/flash floods. Despite the lack of rainfall, these washes still have plants and cacti that have grown around or within them.
